Online Driver Files ("we," "us," or "our") is a service of K23 Futures LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when you use our website at onlinedriverfiles.com or our driver qualification compliance services.

We collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact form, including:

Your company or carrier name

Phone number
USDOT number (if provided)
Number of drivers you need qualified
Packet type you're interested in (CDL, Non-CDL, or both)
Any additional details you share in the message field

When you become a customer and we deliver compliance services, we also process driver information you provide for the purpose of generating Driver Qualification Files and Driver Investigation History Files. This includes data such as driver names, license information, medical certification details, employment history, and other information required by 49 CFR §391.51 and §391.53.

We also automatically collect standard website analytics through our website host (Wix), including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site.

We use the information you provide to:

Deliver the driver qualification services you request
Generate compliance documents based on the driver information you submit
